For most psychiatric care, research shows telepsychiatry outcomes are equivalent to in-office care. You'll see the same clinician on an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platform for the same visit length.

We prescribe based on clinical need and current guidelines. Refills are handled through your pharmacy and typically processed within two business days. Ongoing prescriptions require regular follow-up visits so we can monitor response and safety.

Controlled substances require an in-depth assessment, a signed treatment agreement, state prescription-monitoring review, and regular follow-up visits. We do not prescribe controlled medications at a first telehealth visit without a full evaluation.

Our visits include supportive and psychoeducational elements, and we collaborate closely with therapists. If you need ongoing psychotherapy, we'll refer you to a trusted therapist and coordinate care.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $75 fee, which insurance does not cover. Emergencies are handled case by case.
